About the Parish Council

Overstrand Parish Council meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:30pm in the Parish Hall.

In addition, committee meetings are held when required for either Finance, General Purposes or Shoreline Management.

On occasion a special meeting may be held, or a change of venue may be necessary. This would be stated on the Agenda, which is prepared the week before and displayed on the three village notice boards leaving at least three clear days between display and the meeting.

Members of the public are invited to attend general meetings and may address the council members on matters needing attention, if prior notice has been given to The Parish Clerk.
