If possible, please contact us using plain text email.

If it is absolutely essential that you send a document attachment, then please ensure that this is either in a PDF format or a simple Text file.

If you wish to support your contribution with a photograph, then please ensure that these are low resolution suitable for the web and no larger than 100kb.  Please do not send an image from your camera until you have optimised it.  There are plenty of free image utility sites on the internet - simply Google "online image resizer".

If you have a photographic print to support your item, please let the Editor know so that we can make arrangements to scan this for you.
